Dear Lisa,

You’re spinning about what's coming next, but right now, in this exact moment, you're okay. You don't need to solve everything today.

Right now, do this:

  • 🫁 Take three deep breaths - in through your nose, out through your mouth
  • 🤚 Place your hand on your heart and feel it beating
  • 💭 Say out loud: "I am safe right now. Right now, I am okay."
  • 📍 Name 5 things you can see around you - this brings you back to NOW

Remember: The future you're imagining isn't real yet. Anxiety always lies about what’s coming. The catastrophic black and white thinking doesn't have to win.

One small thing you can do TODAY

Pick literally ONE thing. Not ten things. One. Maybe it's updating one line on your CV, updating your website, trying a recipe. Maybe it's just making a cup of tea and sitting in the sun. That's enough.

You've survived every overwhelming day before this one. You'll survive this too.
